I would highly recommend the use of the Filta service for fryers. A couple of points, first off Filta does a fantastic job of cleaning out both of the fryers that we have, they are spotless when they are finished. The second point, and probably the most important, is that we save a great amount of money on fryer oil by using this service. It has cut our fryer oil expenses in half. We were spending a small fortune on oil, that is not the case anymore, and this service extends the life of the oil by nearly a week. So if you are looking to save money in the kitchen I strongly recommend hiring and using the Filta system because it truly works.
