Our company has been utilizing the FiltaFry system for over a year. It has proven itself time and time again to save us time and money. Filta has been great to work with and always goes the extra mile to help us out.
We no longer pay our staff members to boil out the fryers twice a week, which adds up to several hours a week in saved labor dollars. It also has reduced our concerns about employee safety, as we are no longer the ones dealing with the hot oil. Also, the FiltaFry system gets our fryers much cleaner than we ever could!
We have been able to reduce the amount of oil we purchase on a weekly basis. This can add up to several jugs of oil we are saving every week.
