Hi. My name is Stacey Rinner. I’m the Executive Chef at Citizens Business Bank Arena in Ontario, California.
What I like about Filta. There is something so wonderful about not having to worry about your fryers being clean, about fry oil not smelling, about knowing that the food is going to taste great because Filta was here to clean my fryers.
Working with Levy Cares through Levy Restaurants and AEG 1EARTH, it’s a great step towards reducing our carbon footprint.
We don’t have to worry about throwing out any oil out of our arena now. Everything is recycled and it’s wonderful. We couldn’t be happier.
