I will start by saying I am so glad Filta has taken the worst job out of my kitchen. Filta is one of the best services offered in the food industry. I have been in the food industry for over 10 years and never have I seen a company so needed.
Filta comes in and eliminates my staff from being at risk to injury for such a dangerous job. Not only on safety, Filta has made my fryers look brand new! Filta deep cleans my fryers every week, I thought someone delivered new fryers to my location. Most important my oil usage is less. Normal filtering is great but they Micro Filter which extends the life of my oil without hurting the quality of my food.
I would recommend Filta with their great service to any business in the food industry.
